Elis is the founder and principal producer at Conexion, and thrives on the challenges of entrepreneurship, parenting, and leading a team. She's a proud mom to her five-year-old daughter Evie. In her free time she's learning guitar, working out, and listening to classic 70s and 80s rock like Steely Dan, Crosby Stills and Nash, and The White Stripes. She also has a passion for AI, and a fun fact is she makes her own AI-generated music on Suno.
Hardworking and dedicated, Jasper brings a strong sense of discipline and a genuine drive to grow with everything he does. He trusts God, values his faith and family, and stays grounded through the principles he lives by. Outside of work you'll find him playing sports, getting in a workout, or making time to bond with friends and loved ones. He chooses to enjoy life and stay positive no matter what. Based in the Philippines, Jasper is a key part of how Conexion stays responsive and reachable. Fun fact: he loves singing when he's alone, and his idea of a perfect getaway is a beach trip, a mountain hike, or an overnight stay in the mountains.
Raul is active, upbeat, and has a great sense of humor, the kind of energy that puts people at ease right away. Based out of Nicaragua, he's bilingual in English and Spanish and makes sure every client feels heard and taken care of. He's into sports, especially martial arts, and has a genuine love for Japanese culture. He'll tell you he's allergic to seafood. He's not. He just doesn't like it.
Ivette found her way into insurance through customer service, and that shaped everything about how she works. She takes the time to understand each client's needs and makes sure the process feels straightforward from start to finish. Outside of work, you'll find her hunting down a new coffee spot.
Monica is who answers our calls on the first ring. She is not a call tree. She actually helps. Need roadside assistance at 1 AM? She can handle it. Certificate of insurance, policy questions, claim questions, or just trying to reach the right person? She's got it. And she remembers every previous call, so you never have to repeat yourself or explain your situation twice.
